1. Agreement to terms

These terms govern your access to and use of BowHub's website and club management application. By creating an account or using BowHub, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the club you represent.

2. Accounts and clubs

A club administrator sets up a club account and invites members. Each person is responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for keeping their login credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions and free trial

New clubs receive a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use of BowHub for a club requires an active subscription at the price shown on our pricing page. Individual members do not pay to use BowHub.

4. Club data

Data entered into BowHub — including membership records, scores, finances and meeting minutes — belongs to the club that entered it. We act as a processor of that data on the club's behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse BowHub, including attempting to access other clubs' data without authorisation or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Termination

A club may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BowHub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
